My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were upgraded, clean, quiet, and very comfortable, offering stunning views of the sea. The early check-in and complementary breakfast on the first day were definite highlights. The service was fantastic, with helpful assistance at check-in, special dishes cooked upon request, and a very friendly staff. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly situated just minutes away from the best beach on the island, Panormos. The dining experience was varied and delicious, although some found the lunch/dinner menu a bit pricey and limited. Overall, a great value for the excellent amenities and top-notch service.

The service was top-notch, the staff are very helpful, kind, and always smiling, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The location couldn't have been better, being just a 5-minute walk to Panormos Beach, offering a fantastic view and a quiet area for both relaxation and vibrant nightlife. The dining experience was satisfactory, although a more varied menu would have been appreciated. The facilities were excellent, adding to the overall luxury of the hotel.
